How long will it take my order to arrive?

  • PLEASE BE ADVISED DUE TO THE COVID-19 ALL DELIVERIES MAY BE SLOWER THAN USUAL.
  • Standard Shipping - Please allow 2-3 weeks for all orders to arrive from the date ordered.
  • Expedited Shipping - Please allow 2-3 business days to arrive from the date ordered.
  • Subscriptions - All new subscriptions can take about 6-8 weeks to start up from the date ordered.  Release dates are subject to change
  • New Subscriptions will start with the next issue available.  We do not back start our subscriptions.

  • Pre-orders - If an order is made with a pre-order book included, the entire order will not ship until the pre-order book is available.

  • Digital Purchase - By selecting and purchasing the Digital Copy (PDF) option, you acknowledge you are paying to download and view (1) digital copy, in PDF format of the comic/graphic novel in question.  Upon completion of this purchase an email will be received to download the digital file.  This copy is intended for your personal use only and is not to be distributed or shared.  You are free to view this PDF on any personal digital devices.  All digital sales are final except in the case of a corrupted or incorrect file received.  
  • All claims of missing subscription issue or damaged items must be made within 30 days of purchase or release date.  
  • Missed Digest subscription issues will be extended only.
  • Subscriptions cannot be canceled for a refund. However, it can be transferred over to any of our active titles.
  • If a title is canceled the remaining issues can be transferred over to any of our active titles or provide a credit of the remaining issues owed for a purchase of the same or close to the same amount owed.
  • We do not ship missed issues due to a change of address which our company was not notified of the change.
  • Missing order claims must be made within 60 days of when the order was placed.
  • Credit with our company cannot be used if older than 1 year of when it was received.
  • Current coupons cannot be applied to past order.
  • If a return is accepted by our customer service, it must arrive in great condition.  A refund will be provided minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. (DUE TO COVID-19 BOOKS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN ON BOOKS.)
