The Archies is an American Rock Band (Fictional) formed in 1968. The lineup has varied over time but the mainstays are Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead, and sometimes Reggie. The band was formed in 1968 on the pages of Archie Comics and would later get a TV Show. Many consider The Archies to be the first bubblegum rock band. But, if not they were one of the early influencers with their hit song "Sugar, Sugar".
